The EFD system has been instrumental in identifying emerging faults in the rail infrastructure before they lead to service disruptions or safety issues. By enabling proactive maintenance, the EFD devices have helped Melbourne Metro Trains maintain smooth operations, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure a safer, more reliable service for passengers across the network.
